Who among us doesn’t use multiple email accounts? For privacy and productivity reasons alike, we keep separate email accounts for business and personal use. And many of us also use multiple business accounts, managing team- or department-specific accounts (think sales@yourbiz.com) alongside our own. But while we need these accounts, managing multiple email apps is a pain. No one wants to constantly switch tabs and log in and out of their accounts. It’s why so many Titan users have requested the ability to access all of their accounts in a single spot. So we are thrilled to introduce Titan Multi-Account. If you’ve been simultaneously managing your email accounts with different browsers, Incognito mode or simply signing in and out, the logistical nightmare is now over. Let’s take a look at how you can invite all of your email accounts to the party.

An open invitation to your email accounts

Whether you run multiple businesses at various domains or manage a generic account –– like a feedback or support desk email address –– along with your own business email, Titan has you covered. Using Titan Multi-Account is as straightforward as it gets. Once you’re logged into a Titan account, you can access your other accounts in three simple steps:
  1. In the left column of your inbox, click the Add Account button below your current mailbox folders
  2. Enter the email address and password for the account you’d like to access
  3. Click Add Account
After following these steps, the entire mailbox will load and you’ll be able to access all of your folders and emails, search your inbox and access your calendar. Your account settings will be fully accessible, so you can create a new signature, set up an auto-responder, import contacts and do whatever else you’d like. The other accounts that you’re logged into will still be readily accessible so that you can easily toggle between them. We’ve also updated the Titan inbox layout to accommodate for multiple accounts. To provide more room in the left sidebar for your accounts and folders, the New Mail compose button has been moved to the top of your inbox, next to the Search bar. To reduce further clutter, the folders for your various accounts can be collapsed. When you get a new email to an inbox in the collapsed view, you can click on the unread counter and the account will expand and the inbox will open. You can also pin your important folders so that you have quick access from the collapsed view.

Keep it together with Titan

As we mentioned, we heard the call for Multi-Account support loud and clear. At this time, we currently only support Titan accounts with this feature. We are evaluating adding support for Office 365, Gmail and other email services. If you’re interested in support for one of these services, let us know. In the meantime, you can still get your personal email account into the mix by creating a Titan account and forwarding your Gmail messages to it. You’ll be able to access this account alongside your other Titan accounts and move between your business and personal emails with zero hassle. So give Titan Multi-Account a try today and keep all of your email accounts together in one happy home!
