Zoho Mail hit the email market in 2008, providing an email solution to go with its Workplace CRM platform. It is now available as a stand-alone email product, for free. But like Outlook and Gmail, if you want to use the service with your business domain, you’ll have to upgrade to one of Zoho’s paid plans.

However, unlike the big players in the business email market – Google’s G Suite and Microsoft’s Office 365 – Zoho doesn’t make users pay for a suite of tools just to get its professional email. Zoho Mail’s business email plan comes with an affordable price tag and various features that are useful for small businesses.

While this sounds like a solid deal, it comes with some disadvantages. Users have complained of slow support channels, a clunky UI, and poor data migration.

Small business owners who are looking for a familiar email experience like they have with Gmail, at the price of a more affordable alternative like Zoho Mail – all while being able to use their own domain – should try Titan. Titan is a standalone email service that was built specifically to address the communication and productivity needs of small businesses. Not only is it economical, but it’s also packed with features you really need, with the option to add more as your business grows.

Here’s how Titan compares to Zoho Mail’s free, Mail Lite, and Mail Premium versions.
